🧁 Returns

Since our products are lovingly handmade in small batches and for personal care use, we currently do not accept returns unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🍓 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Oh no! If your order arrived looking a little less than perfect (damaged, leaking, or it’s not the right item), please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Send us:

  • A photo of the item
  • Your order number
  • A short message about the issue

We’ll review your case and either replace the item or issue a refund—your choice!

🍯 Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Damaged goods
  • Lost packages (based on courier status and tracking)

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

💡 Things to Note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, allergy reactions, or customized gift sets unless they arrive damaged.
  • Sale and promo items are final sale.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
